OUR STORY
FVYPL stands for Fraser Valley Young Peoples League and was started in the 1980s by young people of the Canadian Reformed Churches of Canada who wanted to have increased communion of the younger saints.
They did this by joining their individual Young People's Societies together at least once a month through activities, speeches and study weekends.
The FVYPL really is comprised of two parts: The Young People and the FVYPL board.

Today there are 200+ Young People in the Valley who are in the prime of their youth. These members are invited to attend all or any of the FVYPL functions and thus be encouraged and edified in their faith. In case you were wondering, the term Young People often get's abbreviated to YP.

The FVYPL board consists of roughly two dozen representatives from the Fraser Valley who seek to serve the Lord as they serve their peers. These representatives are YPs themselves and use comments and suggestions from their home-church YPs to better the FVYPL as a whole.
