Wondering how to pay for Maylong this year?

Maylong 2024 will cost $190 ($140 USD) per person.

​

We have a couple methods of payments:

​

1. E-Transfer (PREFERRED), please send the e-transfer to fvyoungpeoples@gmail.com. Then send an additional email to fvyoungpeoples@gmail.com stating the security answer and who (first and last names) the payment is paying for.

​

2. Cash/cheque: Pass $190 ($140 USD) cash/cheque (written out to Fraser Valley Young Peoples League) to your churches rep.

3. Out of town guests unable to pay reps, or make the e-transfer may still pay the $190 ($140 USD)

When? Victoria Day Weekend. May 17 - 20, 2024

You may arrive at camp to register and get settled in anywhere between 4:30-6:00! The gates will not be opened before 4:30. 

​

You will NOT be served dinner on the Friday night, and once you are at camp we ask that you not leave. Please plan accordingly and eat ahead. 

​​

If you signed up late and did not sign the waiver on the website, you are required to bring a printed form of the waiver with either your signature, or your parent's if you are under 18. We cannot allow you to attend without a signed waiver. 

​​

There will be zero tolerance for any alcohol, weapons, or drugs on camp property. If any are found, this will result in you being asked to leave camp immediately, with no refunds.

Pickup/leaving times on Monday are after lunch, around 12:30. 

​​

Packing List:

​

Bring bedding (there are mattresses, but bring sleeping bags, pillows, etc.),

Clothes to last you Saturday, Sunday and Monday (pack for all kinds of weather - be prepared!)

A Bible

Toiletries

Warm clothes for the evening

Swimming stuff

Sports balls/equipment

Formal clothing to wear at the formal dinner and for Church

Your money (all cheques made out to Fraser Valley Young People's League)​
